Villa Botanica is graced with lofty royal palms, an orchidarium, countless varieties of trees, succulents, bromeliads and a large array of flowering tropical flora, lawns, and a large pond and waterfall, all threaded together by stone and grass pathways woven through this natural splendor, dramatically lighted at night. Old "coppers" used in sugar production centuries ago still sit on the estate.

The air-conditioned villa itself offers three pavilions with a spacious Great Room, a large kitchen, two bedroom/bath suites, well separated for perfect privacy, and wonderful breezy, covered alfresco dining and lounging areas which bring nature's tropical beauty right to you.

A garden pathway meanders from the living areas up to the completely private pool, hot tub and sun deck area, which overlooks the town and harbor of Charlotte Amalie to the east. Bamboo, wicker and West Indian antique pieces enhance the island magic of Villa Botanica's elegant interiors.
