On one side of the Great Room is the air-conditioned master king suite with a hot tub in its front garden; on the other side in the breezeway is a wet bar with icemaker and mini-fridge. Just beyond the breezeway is Sandcastle's north pavilion with the second and third air-conditioned king bedroom/bath suites, and across the garden courtyard and fountain is the fourth air-conditioned suite with two double beds. A separate two-storied pavilion sits at the east edge of the courtyard; stairs lead up to the fifth bedroom suite, which also doubles as a handsome office/library on the upper level offering satellite TV, a desk and fax machine, a game table, full bath, and a private covered balcony (this suite will be air-conditioned by fall, 2004).
