This spacious, newly constructed villa situated at Saline Point, Cap Estate one of the northernmost point of St. Lucia and enjoys spectacular panoramic view of the north west coast, the historic nation park of Pigeon Island, the of the beautiful french island of Martinique to the north, and as far south as the majestic Mount Jimmie.

The Master bedroom has a king-size bed and en suite shower-room. It has two patios with great panoramic views. Bedrooms 2 and 3 both have 2 single beds each with en suite shower-rooms. All the bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans. The long patio runs the whole length of the house with an outdoor dining area over looking cooling water of the large pool surrounded by it's spacious pool deck The spacious sitting room doubles as a multimedia room has a large screen television that is connected to Cablevision, plus a Bose' surround sound stereo system. A modern, spacious kitchen completes the living area.
