A well appointed three bedroom villa situated at Bois D' Orange with spectacular sea views of Reduite Beach, Pigeon Island and the neighboring island of Martinique to the north. This villas is also within walking distance of the secluded beach of Trouya.

The villa has air conditioned bedrooms with en suite shower room. The master bedroom is furnished with two double beds and also has two patios, one enjoying the sea view and the other overlooking the Trouya beach. Bedroom 2 has two single beds with its private patio. Bedroom 3 is furnished with two single beds.

There is a spacious sitting/dining room with a TV connected to CableVision and a VCR (tapes available for rental locally), which opens out onto a generous patio which enjoys wonderful sea views. There are tables on the patio for alfresco dinning. A well equipped kitchen and laundry area complete the house.

The villas stands in a landscaped garden with a swimming pool and sun deck. Owing to its cliff-side location, this house is not suitable for parties with small children or people with walking difficulties.

The house is equipped with a security alarm systems and a stand by generator in case of power cuts.
