Description:	Located in the exclusive neighborhood of Cap Estate, this charming vacation home has 3 bedrooms with air conditioning and ensuite bathrooms (2 with showers, 1 with tub). It enjoys stunning views of the Caribbean Sea and coastline from almost every room. There is a 6 person Jacuzzi in an outdoor terrace and a pool (18’ x 10’) with sunning area. It is fully equipped with Cable TV, stereo system, gas grill and located only about a five minutes drive from the Cap Estate golf club, tennis courts at the St. Lucia Racquet Club, beaches, restaurants, shopping.
Additional Details:	Due to dangerously high balconies Bella Vista is not recommended for families with young children. Children age 12 and older are welcome.
