Description:	Tastefully designed and furnished with custom Balinese teak pieces and Danish country antiques, this spacious and fully-screened home offers a romantic sunrise/sunset double view of Hart Bay and Chocolate Hole. It offers four private, equal-sized air-conditioned master bedroom suites in two pavilions on either side of the Great Room pavilion with its living and dining areas and the gourmet kitchen. All three pavilions open into to the garden courtyard and pool, hot tub, and built-in grill area overlooking sailboats moored just below in Chocolate Hole. A short flight of stairs lead down past the exercise room (the "Club Room"), and to the regulation-size tennis and basketball court below. And 25 yards across the garden planted with flowers, tropical fruits and vegetables, along a lighted path set with palm trees is the two-story Guest House with two more air-conditioned bedroom/bath suites and its own jacuzzi swimming pool. Two excellent snorkeling beaches are within walking distance of this villa, and it's only two miles to Cruz Bay, then just a bit further beyond town to St. John's famous National Park Beaches, all on paved roads. Maximum privacy in a cool, breeze-swept and scenic setting, combined with the innovative design of this impressive home and lots of custom extras, makes Great Expectations an excellent choice for a sun-filled holiday - be sure to book early to get the dates you want!
Additional Details:	No smoking inside villa SATURDAY-TO-SATURDAY or SUNDAY-to-SUNDAY RENTALS ONLY, please, except for rentals during September and October. Great Expectations guests may rent all 4 bedrooms in the Main Villa, plus 5th and 6th bedrooms on both floors of the Guest House next door (the upper level bedroom in the Guest House is twice the size of a Main Villa bedroom), and also a 7th bedroom: the Club Room (with exercise equipment, half the size of the 5 main bedrooms, so only suitable for 1 adult, or 2 teenagers - great for kids).
