Turquoze is a brand new, deluxe home located on the hillside above Orient Baie. This classically modern villa is furnished in a very minimalist style with white and hardwoods. Terracotta tiles throughout the three bedroom, three bath home warm the cool white walls. The incredible view of the sea through large picture windows in every room, including the bathrooms, serves as the stunning backdrop for this home.

As you enter the villa the view greets you through the entry arch. The open kitchen is furnished with stainless steel appliances and marble countertops. A small office area and half bath is across from the kitchen. The air-conditioned living and dining area offers satellite television and DVD player as well as stereo with CD player. Two of the air-conditioned bedrooms are located on opposite sides of the living room, offering maximum privacy. Each has a queen size bed and ensuite bath. The third bedroom and private bath are located on the second level and share the same great views of the sea. The lower level houses a private, air-conditioned exercise room with weight machine, treadmill and stationary bike. The exercise room also boasts the same spectacular view as the rest of the villa. On the pool deck, accessed through the living room, is seating for four and deck chairs for sunning. The plunge pool is centered in the deck and is a wonderful spot to take a dip and enjoy the views. Just a short drive down the hill takes you to Orient beach.

• Turquoze has a two bedroom sister villa, Aralliaya, on the same property with all the same amenities. The two homes can be rented together for large groups or separately. When rented separately, both homes offer maximum privacy.
• The gardener for Aralliaya & Turquoze lives on the property in a separate apartment below Turquoze.
