Modani is a beautiful hillside home located in Terres Basses on the French side within walking distance of Baie Rouge beach. This home is a delight, constructed in a true West-Indian design while offering all the modern conveniences to ensure an enjoyable villa vacation. The furnishings are a mix of hardwoods, rattan and contemporary elements throughout the villa. The three large, comfortable, air-conditioned bedrooms all share the same wonderful view of the sea and have bathrooms ensuite. Two bedrooms offer queen beds and one has a king bed that can be separated into twin beds if necessary.

The kitchen is a cooks dream! A large open working space is supplied with state of the art appliances and boasts not only a large refrigerator/freezer but a second full size beverage cooler, perfect for storing all types of drinks. The kitchen opens out to a breakfast bar overlooking the pool area. There is also another breakfast bar on the interior adjacent to the dining room. The tremendous living room and dining room offers ample living space as well as amazing views of the island and the sea through sliding glass doors that open out on to a 200 foot long covered gallery. The gallery wraps around all four sides of the house. Just a few stairs down from the gallery is the large pool and deck area that are surrounded by tropical gardens and trees to ensure total sunbathing privacy. A wonderful vacation getaway!
